PRICING IS FOR ONE DAY EVENT, WITH NO SPECIAL CONDITIONS
THERE ARE SEVERAL FACTORS WHICH MUST BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PLANNING AN EVENT UNDER A TENT, SUCH AS:
Frame style tents have upright legs only around the exterior of the tent. This type of tent may be set on grass or asphalt and secured with stakes, or water barrels if set up on concrete.
Pole tents will have supporting poles through-out the tent and may only be set in grass or asphalt using the stakes.
Areas with potential high wind gust may require stakes, augers and/or barrels. This type of installation may require special set-up, and possible extra charge. If a site is not accessible using our large delivery trucks, there could also be additional charge. Sites that may require special planning should be discussed and inspected prior to price quote. This may include public beaches and parks. Most of those sites also require permission and possible permitting by local or county government offices. Contact your local authorities and ask what is required at the site you are considering.
